IAR, the French Bioeconomy cluster
IAR is the French Bioeconomy cluster. It brings together over 400 stakeholders from farmer cooperatives, research organisations, venture capital firms to start-ups, SMEs and large industries. It includes end-users around a common goal: the optimal use of renewable resources. IAR focuses on all dimensions of the Bioeconomy: from feedstock production to its valorization into food, feed, bio-based chemicals and bio-based materials as well as energy applications. Since 2005, IAR has supported more than 300 bioeconomy projects worth more than €2 billion investments.
Role in the project:
IAR oversees the promotion of INCITE and its results to a selected audience.
